Our process starts with an in-person or virtual consultation. Prior to the consultation, we request you share with us what you are looking for and your design inspiration and aesthetic. During the consultation, we will provide you with options for diamonds and gemstones. Once we finalise on a gemstone or diamond, we then move into the design process, in which we share our knowledge of jewelry making and design aesthetics and work with you to develop sketches or 3D renderings. Once you approve it, your piece goes into production.

In the production process, our master artisans cast your jewelry piece into metal, polish and set it with gemstones. Then a final re-polish and buff is done to ensure your ring is perfect. When ready, we’ll contact you for pick-up or schedule delivery via an insured courier.
